Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat

An initiative to enhance interaction and promote mutual understanding among the people of different States/UTs through the concept of State/UT pairing.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Barkuhi actively participates in the Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat (EBSB) initiative, a program launched by the Government of India to promote cultural integration, national unity, and understanding among students from different states and regions. The initiative aims to foster mutual appreciation of languages, traditions, festivals, and heritage across the country.

Under this program, students at KV Barkuhi engage in cultural exchange activities, collaborative projects, quizzes, exhibitions, and online interactions with partner states. They explore regional art, music, cuisine, folk traditions, and history, enhancing awareness and respect for India’s cultural diversity.

Through Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat, the school nurtures values of unity, patriotism, social harmony, and inclusiveness, helping students develop a sense of national pride and a deeper understanding of the rich and diverse cultural fabric of India.
