The Atal Tinkering Lab (ATL) at Kendriya Vidyalaya Barkuhi is a specialized innovation and creativity lab designed to foster curiosity, experimentation, and problem-solving skills among students. The lab provides a platform for young learners to explore science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) concepts through hands-on projects and collaborative activities.
Equipped with modern tools, robotics kits, 3D printers, electronics components, and other maker resources, the ATL encourages students to design, build, and test prototypes, thereby nurturing their critical thinking and technical skills. Students work individually or in teams to develop innovative solutions to real-world challenges, cultivating creativity, analytical thinking, and entrepreneurial mindset.
The lab also organizes workshops, mentorship sessions, and innovation challenges to enhance students’ learning experiences. Through the Atal Tinkering Lab, Kendriya Vidyalaya Barkuhi inspires a culture of experimentation, innovation, and lifelong learning, preparing students for future scientific and technological endeavors.
